- Providing rare spare parts within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of requesting the piece (with the exception of public holidays and special occasions).
- The customer has the right to obtain a temporary device or to obtain 1÷400 (equivalent to 0.0025%) of the value of the device for each day of delay in maintenance in the cases stipulated by the law.
- Commitment to the 30-day maintenance quality guarantee.
- Commitment to responding to the customer's complaints, providing the required data, updating the customer about the complaint process within 5 days, and the final response to the complaint within a period not exceeding 30 days.
