Our payment system includes several payment methods/forms

For online payments: We accept payment by using a mada card, credit cards (Visa or Master Card only) for cards issued by Saudi banks only through the online portal of our banking service provider. In the case of online payment, the customer will receive a notification on the screen as soon as the payment is accepted. We do not bear any responsibility if the payment process is rejected or canceled by the credit card service provider for any reason. Cancelling order

Cancellation of the order by Elfaleh reserves the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons

If the delivery address given by the customer is wrong, the contact information is wrong, or the customer is unable to reach.

We cannot provide / deliver the requested product / service within a reasonable period of time, which is (10) working days from the day the order is confirmed.

Cancellation of the order by the customer

To proceed with the order cancellation process, you must contact us first. You may cancel your order for any of the following reasons.

If the order has not been delivered or shipped to you. In the event that the cancellation is made after the order has been shipped or dispatched, a cancellation fee will be charged to you. We reserve the right to match the time your order was shipped to the time you submitted your cancellation request.

Return, exchange and refund of payments

The allowed period for a return request is 8 days from the date of receipt

Exceptions

Products that are not in their original packaging, products that have lost original labels or serial numbers, and missing accessories Specific products such as: personal care, skin care, or hair care, or products sold by meters or by weight such as wire, chains, tiles, paints, or chemicals.

You must contact us to fill out a Refund Request (RMPA) form before proceeding with the refund process. The refund request form is valid for 7 days from its issuance.

In the event that the product is returned due to a defect in the product, a defect from the manufacturer, or as a result of damage during the delivery of the product, or due to incorrect / wrong product delivery, no additional shipping fees or bank transfer fees (29 riyals) will be charged. In the event of a return for other reasons (the customer’s need to exchange the product or the customer’s desire has changed in general), shipping fees or bank transfer fees (29 riyals) will be charged to the customer.

In case of product return due to product defect, manufacturer defect, damage during product delivery or incorrect/wrong product delivery, no additional shipping service charges will be charged. In the event of a return for other reasons (the customer’s need to exchange the product, or the customer’s desire has changed in general), shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

When preparing to return the product, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories and accompanying instruction booklet. We do not accept returns on products that have scratches or are damaged due to misuse or malfunction due to the use of a non-conforming voltage. We have the right to agree to accept the return of products that do not meet the above criteria.

Amendment to the list of terms and conditions

Elfaleh has the absolute right at any time to modify the terms and conditions of the website without prior notice or warning.
