General exclusions not covered by the warranty:
- Defects or malfunctions arising due to consumer misuse, non-compliance with usage instructions, negligence, accidents, sabotage, exposing the product to various weather factors, maintenance work that does not comply with product recommendations, or negligence in performing regular maintenance.
- If the serial numbers have been tampered with, changed or removed.
- If any of the components of the device were opened and tampered with.
- Costs of replacing missing or worn parts.
- The warranty does not include transportation costs from the customer's place to maintenance and vice versa.
- The warranty does not include damage to the device due to repairs carried out by unauthorized workshops.
- Periodic examination of the device, adjusting its work, and performing periodic maintenance.
- Damage to the equipment due to accidents, negligence, modifications, the use of spare parts not from Elfaleh Sports House, or wrong disassembly or installation.
- Damage caused by lightning, water, fire, or by others, electrical faults, poor ventilation, or failure to follow the instructions in the appliance manual.
- The responsibility of Elfaleh Sports House shall not, in the most cases, exceed the real price paid for the device in the event of agreement on a special settlement related to indirect damage to the device.
